Engagement managers are responsible for overseeing all services provided to a client, and lead all aspects of the project life cycle: diagnosing client needs, developing proposals and business opportunities, managing project teams, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of colleagues to generate solutions. They ensure that the final product is of the highest quality and meets or exceeds client expectations.
